Scheana Shay is soaking up the sun amid a new era.
That's because—with season 12 of Vanderpump Rules still up in the air amid a filming pause—the "Good as Gold" singer has had her first summer off in over a decade.
"I just went to London and the sun was out and I've never been in London when the sun is shining," Scheana exclusively told E! News' Will Marfuggi at Sutton Stracke’s fashion show for her Green Label Brand Capsule in L.A. July 22. "To be able to vacation in the summer is really nice." (See more exclusive interviews from Sutton's fashion show tonight, July 23, on E! News at 11 p.m.)
While Scheana teased there's been "conversations" about possibly picking cameras back up, nothing official has been decided about next season of the Bravo reality series—especially since costar Ariana Madix is about to return to Broadway as Roxie Hart in Chicago amid her ongoing lawsuits with ex Tom Sandoval.
"The Valley just started filming, so I can live vicariously through my Valley friends for the drama," she noted of the Bravo spinoff, which is currently in production on season two. "But it's nice to have a summer off."
Bravo fans have also speculated about the possibility of Scheana and Lala Kent transitioning to The Valley now that they are parents.
"We'll see," the 39-year-old teased of the rumors, adding that the potential changeover would actually make a lot of sense for her, husband Brock Davies and their 3-year-old daughter Summer Moon. "The thing is with The Valley, these are my actual friends as well. This is my real friend group. These are more of my parent friends and Vanderpump Rules are more of my party friends."
Meanwhile, The Valley's Janet Caperna, who was also at the event, promised viewers won't be let down by the season two drama.
"We're in the midst of it and I think it's gonna be crazy," she told E!. "It's good—good and bad."
And she'd love if Sheana and Lala joined the series.
"I feel like it's authentic friendships, it's all very real," Janet shared. "Obviously I'm friends with these girls, we came out together tonight. So if it leans into that authenticity of friendship, it will be good."
Tune in to E! News tonight, July 23, at 11 p.m. to hear more scoop from Scheana and other Bravo stars, including the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
