Tarek El Moussa has no problems flipping back the clock.
The Flip or Flop alum gave a "huge shoutout to whoever created Botox" during his 43rd birthday on Aug. 27.
"OMG I still can’t believe I’m 43!!!" Tarek wrote on Instagram, sharing that he and wife Heather Rae El Moussa celebrated the milestone with a trip to Tampa, Fla. "From sunny adventures to unforgettable moments, it was a birthday to remember."
And when a commenter told Tarek that they thought he was older than 43, the Flipping 101 star quipped, "My wife needs glasses too lol."
In fact, Heather—who he married in 2021—is part of his secret to staying youthful. As Tarek noted after another Instagram user said he dresses "like a 13 yr olds boy" and told him to seek fashion advice from the Selling Sunset star, Tarek replied, "She does dress me lol."
In addition, the HGTV host overhauled his diet and exercise routine three years ago, leading him to lose unwanted weight.
He continued, "I’m taking the right supplements, I’m eating the right food & Hot yoga 1-2 times a week which is so good for my mental & physical state."
Tarek—who shares kids Taylor, 13, and Brayden, 9, with ex Christina Hall, as well as 18-month-old son Tristan with Heather—added that it "all comes down to motivation and perseverance."
"How bad do you want to feel good??" he wrote. "Once I realized how BADLY I wanted to feel good and be healthy- for myself, my wife, my kids, and my longevity- was the second I put my head down and got to work."
Earlier this year, Tarek shared that he's been in the gym "almost every day" since starting his wellness journey.
"I was an overweight, chain-smoking alcoholic, who was always stressed!" he recalled in a May Instagram post. "It doesn’t matter how tired you are or how beat up you are or how drained you are. We can all come back to feeling like we are in the best shape of our life!"
